All sizes are nominal. Cakes are a natural product which, although baked in regular sized tins, may suffer some minor shrinkage during baking and storage.
Our fruit cake bases do not contain any alcohol but if required subtle amounts of high quality spirits may be added to the surface of the cake or injected into the base to enhance the flavour.
All fruit cake bases are made with the finest ingredients with no added preservatives and will keep for many months if stored in cool dry conditions and allowed to “breathe”
